DSPTCH, the premier renewable labor services marketplace, is excited to announce the release of a new Global Wind Organisation (GWO), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70e, safety, electrical, solar, wind, EV Charging, and battery technician training marketplace. This innovative new platform is integrated with certification management, expiration reminders, and local scheduling, making it easier than ever for renewable energy companies to train and certify their technicians.

In working alongside technicians and service companies we found there was an incredibly pervasive industry problem of managing training, certifications, and client-specific requirements. In many cases, technicians had experienced (directly or indirectly) instances where folks were mobilized to location without the proper certifications, or simply that their certifications had recently expired.

DSPTCH set out not only to improve the management, transparency, and simplicity of training and certifications, but also dramatically simplified the process of booking, coordinating, and scheduling refresher training. This initiative allows training providers, service providers, and technicians to coordinate and train easier and faster than ever.

Moreover, we heard over and over again that some companies refused to provide certifications and proof of training to their technicians. We believe that impedes safety, creates unnecessary bureaucracy and limits a technician's ability to identify and proactively request new training. So we made every technician's certifications available on their phones.

This feature allows technicians to directly and immediately prove their certifications and provides a way for techs to upload certs, licenses, and training records from their phone. This helps to reduce the sprawl of disparate LMS, OSHA, GWO, etc systems that are used today and put them all conveniently on one app.

With certs and qualifications loaded onto DSPTCH, technicians can be directly matched or recommended for local work. This helps to streamline scheduling and reduce the impact of the industry-wide shortage of trained and certified technicians.

With DSPTCH's new training marketplace, companies can quickly and easily train technicians, reducing the amount of time and money they spend on travel. The marketplace also helps to increase the number of trained technicians available for service work, which is critical for improving asset uptime across the renewable industry.

The new training marketplace is also integrated with certification management, which makes it easy for companies to keep track of their technicians' certifications. The platform sends expiration reminders, so companies can ensure that their technicians' certifications are always up-to-date. This helps to reduce the risk of non-compliance and ensures that technicians are always qualified to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Overall, DSPTCH's new training marketplace is a game-changer for the renewable energy industry. It makes it easy for companies to train and certify their technicians, reduce travel costs, increase the number of trained technicians available for service work, and help improve asset uptime across the industry. The marketplace is available to all DSPTCH users, and it is already helping to make the renewable energy industry more efficient and productive.
